What exactly are you doing?
We are making custom exhibition stands. We are focus on delivery “turnkey” solutions which includes:
- Design
- Preparing stand elements in our workshop
- Rental of AV
- Rental of Furniture
- Printing graphics and logos
- Transportation
- Installing the floor
- Set up of the booth
- Electrical and lighting installation
- Dismantling after the show
- Return transportation or utilisation
What is the cost of making a stand?
Due to specification of our booth which are all custom made, we do not have fixed price list. The price also differs due to city of exhibition because of transportation costs. The price range can be from 80 to 600 EUR and more per sqm. If you are interested in quotation with design always give us a budget. We will be able to prepare more suitable solution.
Are you using subcontractors?
No. All people making your booth in our workshop and on site are our workers. However we outsource following tasks to our long-term partners:
- Graphics
- Part of AV rental
- Furniture rental
- Spray painting
- Glass works
- Metal work
How long does it take to make a stand?
Preparation period depends on complexity of the design and booth elements, stand area and set up time.
Workshop works take about 2-3 weeks same as printing graphics, however these 2 proceed together.
Transportation takes about 2-7 days depending on the distance from Poznan to the destination. Set up dates depends on the organizer’s regulations.
Safe assumption is about 2 months from signing the contract until the handover. Although it is possible to prepare the stand in about 2 week, but it cost more and might need some technical compromises.
How big stands are you doing?
We have stands between 9 and 860 sqm in our portfolio. The biggest area we built in one month was over 1350 sqm
