We cover the entire process — from preparing and building to dismantling exhibition stands. Our offer is turnkey and includes:
- Stand design
- Production at our workshop to spec
- AV equipment rental
- Furnishing of the stand
- Printing of graphics and logos
- Transportation of the stand to the fair venue
- Floor installation
- Stand assembly
- Electrical and lighting installation
- Dismantling after the fair
- Return transportation or disposal of the stand
Since each of our projects is unique, all stands are priced individually. For this reason, we do not have an official price list. In addition, transportation costs depend on the location of the trade show. For this reason, the price per square metre typically ranges depending on design complexity and location. Tell us your budget and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Your stand is run by our team and built by our own installers on site. For specialist elements — graphics, lacquering, glass, metalwork, AV and furniture — we work with proven, long-term partners, always under our supervision and our responsibility. The outcome is ours.
Preparation of the stand depends on the complexity of the project, the area and the time for assembly.
Workshop work usually takes about 2-3 weeks, printing of graphics is also 2-3 weeks, but these processes take place simultaneously.
Transportation takes from 2 to even 7 days, depending on the location, and on-site installation depends largely on the organizer’s regulations.
A safe assumption is a period of 2 months, but in case of emergencies it is possible to prepare the stand at the last minute, even 2 weeks before the expo. However, this involves higher costs and call for some compromises.
Our portfolio includes small stands, under 10 sqm, as well as large pavilions. To date, our largest project was an 820 sqm stand. We have completed more than 1,350 sqm at a time in one month.
We finish the stands with materials according to the customer’s needs. The most popular finishes we use are:
